Mapping on the table for REDA’s Group gala dinner. AM Production requested us to translate into visual suggestions the four themes that inspired REDA’s fabrics collection, for a dinner event in the heart of Brera, in which also the chef’s four courses expressed the same themes. The table mapping accompanied the whole evening, dressing the table at any time of the dinner. In particular, the creative effort for the elaboration of the opening mapping was to translate the four themes of the collection, strongly inspired by art and literature, into original contents: Rediscovered Gray, focused on Giorgio Morandi’s aesthetic; Dark Fantast, inspired by Inkling’s association, writers who gave birth to the fantasy genre; It’s Whool, theme that proposed the La La Land protagonist’s masculine elegance; Portraits, theme that associated REDA’s fabrics to the timeless elegance of the characters, portrayed by painters during the 1900s.
The table had a significant size (8 metres per 9) and, in the centre, it had a 3 metres per 4 motorized platform, which was used during the evening to create discontinuity in the different moments dedicated to the mapping. The 50 guests enjoyed a continuous show for more than two hours dinner.
